VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND camera operator documentary filmmaker video journalist

A main field of activity of VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND is multi-camera video recording and video production. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.

VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
