This is a slightly older work. This is a music video for the song Make a compromise and you'll survive by the music project Abacay. A basic idea was flexibly filmed or implemented with a lot of spontaneity in less than one day. Video shooting and video production was done in full HD at the time. 4K/UHD wasn't available back then.

Small financial means, but big goals?

Usually it is not possible to have both. VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND is the exception to the rule. We use cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors. Optimum image quality is ensured even in difficult lighting conditions. Programmable motor pan tilters enable the cameras to be operated remotely, minimizing personnel costs and lowering the costs for you as the client.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
