This is part 2 of Ray Cooper's 5th concert in the Castle Church of Goseck (Burgenlandkreis, Saxony-Anhalt). Part 2 of the concert was also recorded and produced with 6 cameras in 4K/UHD. At Ray Cooper's request, the concert was released in two parts a week apart.

Only a small budget but high demands?

Often the two cannot be reconciled. VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. Current cameras with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type of the latest generation are used. Excellent image quality is achieved even under difficult lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, minimizing the need for personnel and reducing costs.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND. We use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.
Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.
Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.
Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
