The play "Nora oder ein Puppenheim" was performed in the theater in Naumburg. Video was recorded with 5 cameras. The cameras were fully remote controlled. The Theater NAumburg is one of the small theaters in Germany. The implementation was carried out by: Maribel Dente, Markus Sulzbacher, Pia Koch, Adrien Papritz, Marius Marx, Stefan Neugebauer (director, casting, adaptation), Michael Thurm (cameras, editing, video production), Pia Merkel (assistant director), Rainer Holzapfel (design , costumes), David Gross (technical direction).

High requirements but only a small budget?

Usually it is not possible to have both. However, VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND is the exception to the rule. We use the same type of latest generation cameras with large 1 inch image sensors. Optimum image quality is ensured even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts means that the cameras can be operated remotely, which reduces the number of personnel required and thus lowers costs.

VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. We use cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.

TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
