The Naumburg Theater performed the play Nora or a Doll's House. Five cameras were used for video recording. These were fully remote controlled. The Naumburg Theater is one of the small theaters in Germany. The contributors were: Maribel Dente, Markus Sulzbacher, Pia Koch, Adrien Papritz, Marius Marx, Stefan Neugebauer (director, casting, adaptation), Michael Thurm (cameras, editing, video production), Pia Merkel (assistant director), Rainer Holzapfel (equipment, costumes). ), David Gross (Technical Director).

Small budget vs. high demands?

Usually it is not possible to have both. However, VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation of cameras with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Optimum image quality is ensured even in difficult lighting conditions. Programmable motor pan tilters enable the cameras to be operated remotely, minimizing personnel costs and lowering the costs for you as the client.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND. Professional cameras of the same type are used. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote controlled cameras are used. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.
TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.
Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.
Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

VIDEOPRODUKTION DORTMUND offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
